This revision pertains to Grossman Iron and Steel’s Source Registration Permit, number SR00.045A. This permit, issued by the City of St. Louis, will control particulate matter (PM10) emissions from Grossman Iron and Steel Company. This proposed approval will make the permit Federally enforceable. DATES: Comments on this proposed action must be received in writing by January 3, 2007. AGENCY: SUMMARY: The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is publishing its proposed List of Fisheries (LOF) for 2007, as required by the Marine Mammal Protection Act (MMPA). The proposed LOF for 2007 reflects new information on interactions between commercial fisheries and marine mammals. NMFS must categorize each commercial fishery on the LOF into one of three categories under the MMPA based upon the level of serious injury and mortality of marine mammals that occurs incidental to each fishery. ACTION: Proposed rule.

SUMMARY: EPA is proposing to approve a State Implementation Plan (SIP) 
revision submitted by the state of Missouri. This revision pertains to
