    Take notice that on November 17, 2006, Northern Natural Gas Company 
(Northern) tendered for filing in its FERC Gas Tariff, Fifth Revised 
Volume No. 1 Second Revised Sheet No. 285A, to be effective December 
18, 2006.
    Northern states that the above sheet is being filed to clarify 
certain creditworthiness tariff language for interruptible storage 
service.
