filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, First
Revised Volume No. 1, Original Sheet
No. 6I and Original Sheet No. 6J, to be

Iroquois states that these sheets reflect
a negotiated rate agreement between
Iroquois and Virginia Power Energy
Marketing, Inc., with those negotiated
rates to be effective November 10, 2006
