Take notice that on November 9,
2006, Southern Star Central Gas
Pipeline, Inc. (Southern Star) tendered
for filing, pursuant to Section 10.3 of the
General Terms and Conditions of its
FERC Gas Tariff, its report of
Operational Flow Order (OFO) penalty
revenues and refunds.
Southern Star states that pursuant to
the Operational Flow Order mechanism
contained in Section 10 of the General
Terms and Conditions of Southern
Star’s tariff, they did not issue any
OFOs. Therefore no penalties were
assessed or collected and no refunds are
required for the twelve-month period
ending September 30, 2006.
Southern Star states that copies of the
filing were served on all jurisdictional
customers and interested state
commissions.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and
