Take notice that on November 7, 2006, El Paso Natural Gas Company (El Paso) resubmitted a complete set of three firm transportation agreements (TSAs) with Southwest Gas Corporation to correct for inadvertent errors contained in the copies originally submitted in Docket No. RP07–40–000 on October 31, 2006. El Paso states that it has also revised paragraph 6.1 in the marked version of all three TSAs to properly reflect additions and deletions. (GGBB) filed an application for market-based rate authority, with an accompanying tariff. The proposed market-based tariff provides for the sale of energy and capacity at market-based rates. GGBB also requested waivers of various Commission regulations. In particular, GGBB requested that the Commission grant blanket approval under 18 CFR Part 34 of all future issuances of securities and assumptions of liability by GGBB. On November 15, 2006, pursuant to delegated authority, the Director, Division of Tariffs and Market Development—West, granted the requests for blanket approval under Part 34. The Director’s order also stated that the Commission would publish a separate notice in the Federal Register establishing a period of time for the filing of protests.
