proposed collection for public
comment. Interested persons are invited
to send comments regarding this burden
estimate or any other aspect of this
collection of information, including any
of the following subjects: (1) The
necessity and utility of the proposed
information collection for the proper
performance of the agency’s functions;
(2) the accuracy of the estimated
burden; (3) ways to enhance the quality,
utility, and clarity of the information to
be collected; and (4) the use of
automated collection techniques or
other forms of information technology to
minimize the information collection

Application for Waiver of the 2-Year
Foreign Residence Requirement of the
Exchange Visitor Program.
Form/OMB No.: OS–0990–0001.
Use: The information requested by
this form and supplementary
information sheets is used by this
Department to make a determination, in
accordance with its published
regulations, as to whether or not to
request from the Department of State, a
waiver of the two-year foreign residence
requirement for applicants in the United
States on a J–I visa.

the HHS effort to document
implementation lessons from the
Oklahoma Marriage Initiative. Since the

largest and most longstanding
intervention of its kind, this evaluation
will fill a gap in our understanding of
the implications of implementation
decisions in marriage programming,
Information will be collected through
structured interviews and focus groups
with program developers, practitioners,
and participants.

Government.
