The Wireless Telecommunications
Bureau (Bureau) now invites the public
to comment on the three topics to be
addressed in the staff report. As the
Bureau will examine the filed
compliance reports as part of its review
of these issues, parties that have filed
such reports need not re-file the same
information in response to this Public
Notice. Interested parties may file
comments no later than December 15,
2006. Reply comments are due no later
than January 5, 2007. All filings should
refer to WT Docket No. 06–203.
Comments may be filed using the
Commission’s Electronic Comment
Filing System (ECFS) or by filing paper
copies. See Electronic Filing of
Documents in Rulemaking Proceedings,
63 FR 24121, May 1, 1998. Comments
filed through the ECFS can be sent as an
electronic file via the Internet to
https://www.fcc.gov/cgb/ecfs/. Generally,
only one copy of an electronic
submission must be filed. If multiple
docket or rulemaking numbers appear in
the caption of this proceeding, however,
commenters must transmit one
