2006, Bluewater Gas Storage, LLC
(Bluewater) submitted a compliance
filing pursuant to the Commission order
issued on October 27, 2006 in Docket
Nos. CP06–351–000, CP06–367–000 and
CP06–368–000 (BGS Kimball Gas
Storage, LLC and Bluewater Gas Storage,
LLC, 117 FERC ¶ 61,122 (2006)).
Bluewater states that copies of the
filing were served on parties on the
official service list in the abovecaptioned proceeding.
