    Take notice that on November 2, 2006, Discovery Gas Transmission 
LLC (Discovery) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, 
Original Volume No. 1, Second Revised Sheet No. 23 and Original Sheet 
No. 24, to become effective November 1, 2006.
    Any person desiring to intervene or to protest this filing must
