    Take notice that on October 31, 2006, Distrigas of Massachusetts 
LLC (DOMAC) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, First 
Revised Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheets, to become effective 
as of December 1, 2006: Twenty-Second Revised Sheet No. 94, Third 
Revised Sheet No. 94A.
    DOMAC states that the purpose of this filing is to record
