ANR Pipeline Company; Notice of Negotiated Rate Filing Amendment

October 26, 2006.
    Take notice that on October 24, 2006, ANR Pipeline Company (ANR) 
tendered for filing and approval an amendment to an existing negotiated 
rate service arrangement, which provided solely for the increase in 
Maximum Daily Quantity for the primary route.
    ANR requests that the Commission accept and approve the subject 
amendment filing to be effective November 1, 2006.
    Any person desiring to intervene or to protest this filing must 
file in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules of 
Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and 385.214). Protests will be
