ANR Pipeline Company; Notice of Negotiated Rate Filing

    Take notice that on October 24, 2006, ANR Pipeline Company (ANR) 
tendered for filing and approval a negotiated rate agreement between 
ANR and Centerpoint Energy Services, Inc. (Centerpoint).
    ANR states that the service agreement is being filed as a 
negotiated rate because Centerpoint has guaranteed the Commodity 
charges at 100% load factor for the contract term. ANR requests that 
the Commission accept and approve the subject filing to be effective
