Texas Eastern asserts that the purpose of this filing is to comply with the Stipulation and Agreement filed by Texas Eastern on December 17, 1991 in Docket Nos. RP88–67, et al. (Phase II/ PCBs) and approved by the Commission on March 18, 1992 (Settlement), and with Section 26 of the General Terms and Conditions of Texas Eastern’s FERC Gas Tariff, Seventh Revised Volume No. 1. Texas Eastern states that such tariff sheets reflect a small increase in the PCB-Related Cost component of certain of Texas Eastern’s currently effective rates.
