Take notice that, on October 20, 2006,
East Tennessee Natural Gas, LLC (East
Tennessee) submitted a negotiated rate
filing pursuant to the order of the
Federal Energy Regulatory Commission
issued October 4, 2006 in Docket No.
RP97–13–025.
East Tennessee states that the revised
tariff sheets remove all references to
turnback of capacity and modify the
maximum daily transportation quantity
specified in the negotiated rate
agreement with CNX Gas Company LLC.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and
Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and
385.214). Protests will be considered by

Peoples Gas Light and Coke Company
(Peoples Gas) filed a petition for rate

regulations. Peoples Gas is requesting
that the Commission approve as fair and
equitable rates for new firm one-cycle
exchange service to be provided
pursuant to Peoples Gas’ blanket
authority, and revised rates for its firm
