    Take notice that on October 12, 2006, Mojave Pipeline Company 
(Mojave) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Second 
Revised Volume No. 1, Sub Fifteenth Revised Sheet No. 11, to become 
effective October 1, 2006.
    Mojave states that the tariff sheet is being filed to update the
