the name and principal place of
business of the standards development
organization is: Dimensional Metrology
Standards Consortium, Inc., Arlington,
TX. The nature and scope of DMSC,
Inc.’s standards development activities
will focus on the development of
standards in the field of dimensional
metrology, and the interoperability of
standards related to such technology.
This includes not only metrologyspecific standards but also related
standards that are used by metrologists
to perform jobs such as product and
tolerance exchange. In general, DMSC,
Inc. will not operate in the field of
hardware standards.

Membership in this group research
project remains open, and IMS Global
Learning Consortium, Inc., intends to
file additional written notification
disclosing all changes in membership.
On April 7, 2000, IMS Global
Learning Consortium, Inc. filed its
original notification pursuant to Section
6(a) of the Act. The Department of
Justice published a notice in the Federal
Register pursuant to Section 6(b) of the
Act on September 13, 2000 (65 FR
55283).
The last notification was filed with
the Department on July 6, 2006. A
notice was published in the Federal
Register pursuant to Section 6(b) of the
Act on August 9, 2006 (71 FR 45580).
