    The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) gives notice under Public 
Law 92-463 (Federal Advisory Committee Act) that the Research Advisory 
Committee on Gulf War Veterans' Illnesses will meet on November 6-7, 
2006. On November 6, the session will be held in the Community Center, 
Dallas VA Medical Center, 4500 South Lancaster Road, Dallas, Texas, 
from 9 a.m. until 6:15 p.m. On November 7, the session will be held at 
the Dallas/Fort Worth Airport Marriott-North, 8440 Freeport Parkway,
