SUMMARY: The proposed information
collection requirement described below
has been submitted to the Office of
Management and Budget (OMB) for
review, as required by the Paperwork
Reduction Act. The Department is
soliciting public comments on the
subject proposal.
The National Manufactured Home
Construction and Safety Standards Act
authorized HUD to promulgate and
enforce reporting standards for the
production of manufactured housing.
HUD uses these information collections
to calculate and collect monitoring
inspection fees for manufactured
housing.
Comments Due Date: November
20, 2006.
