    Take notice that on October 6, 2006, Egan Hub Storage, LLC (Egan 
Hub) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, First Revised 
Volume No. 1, the tariff sheets listed in Appendix A of the filing to 
be effective November 6, 2006.
    Egan Hub states that the purpose of this filing is to modify the
