    Take notice that on October 5, 2006, Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line 
Corporation (Transco) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas 
Tariff, Third Revised Volume No. 1, the tariff sheets listed on 
Appendix A to the filing, to become effective October 1, 2006.
