part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Sixth
Revised Volume No. 1, Sub Second
Revised Sheet No. 26D.02, to become
effective November 1, 2006.
Natural states that copies of the filing
are being mailed to all parties set out on
the Commission’s official service list in
Docket No. RP99–176.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and
