Abstract: Respondents must complete the eForm 6 Access Request form in order to receive a user ID and password to obtain access to ATF’s eForm 6 System. The information is used by the Government to verify the identity of the end users prior to issuing passwords. (5) An estimate of the total number of respondents and the amount of time estimated for an average respondent to respond: It is estimated that 500 respondents will complete a 18 minute form. (6) An estimate of the total public burden (in hours) associated with the collection: There are an estimated 150 annual total burden hours associated with this collection.
