The Commission is mandated by Congress to investigate, assess, evaluate and report to Congress annually on the U.S.-China economic and security relationship. The mandate specifically charges the Commission to prepare an annual report to the Congress ‘‘regarding the national security implications and impact of the bilateral trade and economic relationship between the United States and the People’s Republic of China . . . SUMMARY: The Department of the Treasury, as part of its continuing 
effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general 
public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment 
on proposed and/or continuing information collections, as required by 
the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, Public Law 104-13 (44 U.S.C. 
3506(c)(2)(A). Currently the Bureau of the Public Debt within the 
Department of the Treasury is soliciting comments concerning 
collections of information required to comply with the terms and 
conditions of FHA debentures.
