Abstract: The information requested
in proposed sections 1.863–8(g) and
1.863–9(g) is necessary for the Service to
audit taxpayers’ returns to ensure that
taxpayers are applying the regulation
properly.
Current Actions: There is no change to
these existing regulations.
Type of Review: Extension of a
currently approved collection.
Affected Public: Business or other forprofit organizations.
