Take notice that on September 22,
2006, Iroquois Gas Transmission
System; L.P. (Iroquois) filed an update
to the Iroquois Deferred Asset Surcharge
Adjustment, pursuant to part 154 of the
Commission’s regulations and section
12.3 of the general terms and conditions
of its FERC Gas Tariff, Iroquois herewith
tenders for filing this report relating to
its Deferred Asset Surcharge. Iroquois
states that because there is no change in
the Deferred Asset Surcharge, as shown
in the calculation on the attached work
papers, no tariff sheet is being
submitted.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and
Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and
385.214). Protests will be considered by
the Commission in determining the
appropriate action to be taken, but will
not serve to make protestants parties to
the proceeding. Any person wishing to
