(Iroquois) filed an update to the Iroquois Deferred Asset Surcharge Adjustment, pursuant to part 154 of the Commission’s regulations and section 12.3 of the general terms and conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff, Iroquois herewith tenders for filing this report relating to its Deferred Asset Surcharge. Iroquois states that because there is no change in the Deferred Asset Surcharge, as shown in the calculation on the attached work papers, no tariff sheet is being submitted.
