opportunity to comment on proposed

Title: United States Additional Estate
Tax Return.
OMB Number: 1545–0016.
Form Number: 706–A.
Abstract: Form 706–A is used by
individuals to compute and pay the
additional estate taxes due under
Internal Revenue Code section 2032A(c)
for an early disposition of specially
valued property or for an early cessation
of a qualified use of such property. The
IRS uses the information to determine
that the taxes have been properly
computed.
Current Actions: There are no changes
being made to the form at this time.

households, businesses or other forprofit organizations, and not-for-profit
institutions.
