are no longer suitable for procurement by
the Federal Government under 41 U.S.C.
46–48c and 41 CFR 51–2.4.
Regulatory Flexibility Act Certification
I certify that the following action will not
have a significant impact on a substantial
number of small entities. The major
factors considered for this certification
were:
1. The action may result in additional
reporting, recordkeeping or other
compliance requirements for small
entities.
2. The action may result in authorizing small

3. There are no known regulatory alternatives
which would accomplish the objectives

SUMMARY: The Department of Commerce
(the Department) has received requests
to conduct administrative reviews of
various antidumping and countervailing
duty orders and findings with August
anniversary dates. In accordance with
the Department’s regulations, we are
initiating those administrative reviews.

Background
The Department has received timely
requests, in accordance with 19 CFR
351.213(b)(2002), for administrative
reviews of various antidumping and
countervailing duty orders and findings
with August anniversary dates.
Initiation of Reviews: In accordance
with sections 19 CFR 351.221(c)(1)(i),
we are initiating administrative reviews
of the following antidumping and
countervailing duty orders and findings.
We intend to issue the final results of
these reviews not later than August 31,
2007.
