The Settling Parties state that the Partial Settlement, if approved by the Commission without material condition or modification, will resolve the matter in this proceeding concerning banking provisions of the Transmission Agreement dated August 28, 1985 between Duquesne and AES. Any person desiring to intervene or to protest this filing must file in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211, 385.214).
