Columbia Gulf states that it is making this filing to incorporate the policies stated in the Commission’s June 16, 2005, Policy Statement on Creditworthiness Issues for Interstate Natural Gas Pipelines and Order Withdrawing Rulemaking Proceeding in Docket Nos.
