consist of: (1) The existing 280-footlong, 21.7-foot-high Williams Dam, (2)
an existing reservoir having a surface
area of 50 acres with negligible storage
and normal water surface elevation of
475 feet mean sea level, (3) a proposed
powerhouse containing 4 generating
units with a total installed capacity of
3,200 kilowatts, (4) a proposed
Transmission line, and (5) appurtenant
