SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The
Department of Housing and Urban
Development will submit the proposed
information collection to OMB for
review, as required by the Paperwork
Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C.
Chapter 35, as amended).
This Notice is soliciting comments
from members of the public and affected
agencies concerning the proposed
collection of information to: (1) Evaluate
whether the proposed collection of
information is necessary for the proper
performance of the functions of the
agency, including whether the
information will have practical utility;
(2) evaluate the accuracy of the agency’s
estimate of the burden of the proposed
collection of information; (3) enhance
the quality, utility, and clarity of the
information to be collected; and (4)
minimize the burden of the collection of
information on those who are to
respond; including through the use of
appropriate automated collection
techniques or other forms of information
technology (e.g., permitting electronic
submission of responses).
This Notice also lists the following

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Notice of
this meeting is provided in accordance
with Sections 10(a) and (b) of the
Federal Advisory Committee Act (5
U.S.C. App. 2) and 41 CFR 102–3.150.
The Manufactured Housing Consensus
Committee was established under
Section 604(a)(3) of the National
Manufactured Housing Construction
and Safety Standards Act of 1974, as
amended, 42 U.S.C. 5403(a)(3). The
Committee is charged with providing
recommendations to the Secretary to
adopt, revise, and interpret
manufactured home construction and
safety standards and procedural and
enforcement regulations, and with
developing and recommending
proposed model installation standards
to the Secretary.
The purpose of the conference call
meeting is to permit the Committee, at
its request, to review, and to take action
on further recommendations to the
Secretary regarding proposed changes to
Title 24, Code of Federal Regulations,
Part 3280 (Manufactured Home
Construction and Safety Standards (the
Standards)). It is necessary to have this
meeting on this date.

SUMMARY: The U.S. Fish and Wildlife
Service (Service, we), announces a 5year review of Curtis’ pearlymussel
(Epioblasma florentina curtisii) and
Indiana bat (Myotis sodalis) under the
Endangered Species Act, as amended
(Act). We request any new information
on these species that may have a bearing
on their classification as endangered.
Based on the results of this review, we
will make a finding on whether these
species are properly classified under the
Act.

later than December 20, 2006.
