Take notice that on September 1, 2006, Texas Gas Transmission, LLC, (Texas Gas) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Second Revised Volume No. 1, First Revised Sheet No. PO 00000 Frm 00032 Fmt 4703 Sfmt 4703 54639 52, to become effective September 1, 2006. Texas Gas states that the purpose of this filing is to submit to the Commission a tariff sheet detailing a Negotiated Rate Agreement between Texas Gas and Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) dated August 31, 2006, to be effective September 1, 2006, under a Short-Term Firm Transportation (STF) service agreement. This negotiated rate agreement is being submitted in compliance with ‘‘Section 38. Negotiated Rates’’ of the General Terms and Conditions of Texas Gas’ tariff and the Commission’s modified policy on negotiated rates [104 FERC ¶ 61,134 (2003)].
