On August 26, 2004, Portland General
Electric Company, licensee for the
Clackamas River Hydroelectric Project,
filed an application for a new or
subsequent license pursuant to the
Federal Power Act (FPA) and the
Commission’s regulations thereunder.
The Clackamas River Project is located
on the Clackamas River in Clackamas
County, Oregon near Estacada, Oregon.
The license for Project No. 2195 was
issued for a period ending August 31,
2006. Section 15(a)(1) of the FPA, 16
U.S.C. 808(a)(1), requires the
