the meeting was scheduled for

and September 20, 2006 from 8 a.m.–6
p.m. In that notice, the opportunities for
public participation on September 20,
2006 was scheduled from 11:45 to 12
p.m. Today’s notice is announcing that
the meeting will be September 19, 2006
from 8 a.m.–5 p.m. and September 20,

SUMMARY: In compliance with the
Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) (44
U.S.C. 3501 et seq.), this document
announces that EPA is planning to
submit a request to renew an existing
approved Information Collection
Request (ICR) to the Office of
Management and Budget (OMB). This
ICR is scheduled to expire on February
28, 2007. Before submitting the ICR to
OMB for review and approval, EPA is
soliciting comments on specific aspects
of the proposed information collection
as described below.
