of the Natural Gas Act for approval for
MIGC to abandon its lease of capacity
on CIG’s Powder River Lateral located in
Converse County, Wyoming.
Concurrently, CIG is seeking
authorization to reacquire the capacity
associated with the terminating lease
with MIGC, all as more fully set forth in
the application which is on file with the
