    Take notice that on August 31, 2006, Colorado Interstate Gas 
Company (CIG) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, First 
Revised Volume No 1, the following tariff sheets to become effective 
October 1, 2006:

Forty-Third Revised Sheet No. 11A
First Revised Sheet No. 380H

    CIG states that the tariff sheets are being filed to revise the 
Fuel Reimbursement Percentages applicable to Lost, Unaccounted-For and 
Other Fuel Gas, Transportation Fuel Gas, Storage Fuel Gas and Rate
