    Take notice that on August 31, 2006, Gas Transmission Northwest 
Corporation (GTN) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, 
Third Revised Volume No. 1-A, Thirty-Seventh Revised Sheet No. 15, to 
become effective September 1, 2006.
