This Compact authorizes the Caddo Nation of Oklahoma to engage in certain class III gaming activities, provides for certain geographical exclusivity, limits the number of gaming machines at existing racetracks, and prohibits non-tribal operation of certain machines and covered games. Incorporation of Most Favored Nations Amendments to the Tribal-State 
Compact for class III gaming between the State of Washington and Lummi
