reimbursement current percentage
component of the Company’s total fuel
reimbursement percentages for
gathering, storage and transportation
services, and to the electric power
reimbursement current rate component
of the Company’s total electric power
reimbursement rates for gathering,
storage and transportation services,
pursuant to Williston Basin’s Fuel and
Electric Power Reimbursement
Adjustment Provision contained in
Section 38 of the General Terms and
Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff,
Second Revised Volume No. 1.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and
Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and
