The Department is soliciting public comments on the subject proposal. This is a collection of cost data on the costs of operating housing developed by Indian Housing Authorities under provisions of the Housing Act of 1937 and an examination of how these data reflect location differences for the continued operation of this housing. The collected cost data will be used to analyze the AEL factor in the current Indian Housing Block Grant formula. DATES: Comments Due Date: October 10, 2006.
