    Description of Relief Sought: To permit the Southwest Airlines 
Company to reduce the number of required flight attendants onboard 
during the boarding and deplaning of passengers at intermediate stops. 
During the boarding process at intermediate stops, the petitioner is 
requesting to substitute a pilot qualified in emergency evacuation 
procedures for the forward flight attendant. During the deplaning 
process at intermediate stops, the petitioner is requesting to allow a 
reduced number (one) of flight attendants in the cabin.
