Data Survey,’’ to the Office of
Management and Budget (OMB) for
review and a three-year extension under
section 3507(h)(1) of the Paperwork
Reduction Act of 1995 (Pub. L. 104–13)
(44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq).
DATES: Comments must be filed within
30 days of publication of this notice. If
you anticipate that you will be
submitting comments but find it
difficult to do so within that period, you

(OPP) pursuant to the Federal
Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide
Act (FIFRA) and the Federal Food, Drug,
and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), including
information that may have been claimed
as Confidential Business Information
(CBI) by the submitter, will be
transferred to Cadmus Group, Inc., in
accordance with 40 CFR 2.307(h)(3) and
2.308(i)(2). Cadmus Group, Inc., has
been awarded multiple contracts to
perform work for OPP, and access to
this information will enable Cadmus
Group, Inc., to fulfill the obligations of
the contract.
Cadmus Group, Inc., will be
given access to this information on or
before September 11, 2006.
