ACTION: Notice. AGENCY: SUMMARY: The Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (‘‘OFAC’’) is removing the name of one individual from the list of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons whose property and interests in property have been blocked pursuant to Executive Order 13224 of September 23, 2001, Blocking Property and Prohibiting Transactions With Persons Who Commit, Threaten To Commit, or Support Terrorism. The individual, Yusaf Ahmed Ali, was designated pursuant to Executive Order 13224 on November 7, 2001. DATES: The removal of the individual from the list of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons whose property and interests in property have been blocked pursuant to Executive Order 13224 is effective as of August 24, 2006. SUPPLEMENTARY IMFORMATION: the Annex to the Order various individuals and entities as subject to the economic sanctions. The Order authorizes the Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with the Secretary of State, the Attorney General, and (pursuant to Executive Order 13284) the Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, to designate additional persons or entities determined to meet certain criteria set forth in Executive Order 13224. One such additional person was designated by the Secretary of the Treasury on November 7, 2001. The Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control has determined that this individual no longer continues to meet the criteria for designation under the Order and is appropriate for removal from the list of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons. The following designation is removed from the list of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons: ALI, Yusaf Ahmed, Hallbybacken 15, Spanga 70, Sweden; DOB: 20 November 1974. The removal of the individual’s name from the list of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons is effective as of August 24, 2006. All property and interests in property of the individual that are in or hereafter come within the United States or the possession or control of United States persons are now unblocked. This regulation affects withholding agents and foreign investors who engage in multi-party financing arrangements. Current Actions: There is no change to this existing regulation. Type of Review: Extension of a currently approved collection. Affected Public: Business or other forprofit organizations. Estimated Number of Respondents: 1,000. Estimated Time per Respondent: 10 minutes. Estimated Total Annual Burden Hours: 10,000. effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general 
public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment 
on proposed and/or continuing information collections, as required by

3506(c)(2)(A)). Currently, the IRS is soliciting comments concerning an
