017 and ER04–375–018 fails to comply
with the Commission’s orders requiring
the actual implementation by the
Respondents of a comprehensive Joint
and Common Market. On August 18,
2006, Complainants filed an amended
Exhibit WPS–1 to replace the same
exhibit filed on August 16, 2006.
The Complainants state that copies of
the complaint were served on the
contacts for the Respondents and the
affected state commissions.
