Permits or Licenses Required The permits listed below are required to implement the project, if the Long Island LTF is used. These permits are current and are held by Huna Totem Corporation. The Forest Service has a cost-share agreement with the Huna Totem Corporation to utilize the LTF under the following permits: 1. State of Alaska, Department of Natural Resources (DNR) —Authorization for occupancy and use of tidelands and submerged lands. In addition to the above permits, the Forest Service is required to obtain concurrence from the State of Alaska, Office of Project Management & Permitting (in the Department of Natural Resources) on a coastal zone consistency determination to proceed with the Proposed Action. Extension of Time Limits for Final Results Section 751(a)(2)(B)(iv) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act), and 19 CFR 351.214(i)(1) require the Department to issue the preliminary results of a new shipper review within 180 days after the date on which the new shipper review was initiated and final results of a review within 90 days after the date on which the preliminary results were issued. SUMMARY: The Eastern Arizona Counties Resource Advisory Committee will 
meet in Overgaard, Arizona. The purpose of the meeting is to evaluate 
project proposals for possible funding in accordance with Pub. L. 106-
393 (the Secure Rural Schools and Community Self-Determination Act).

DATES: The meeting will be held September 22, 2006 starting at 11 a.m.
