This project will aid the accomplishment of Healthy People 2010 Focus Area 1—Access. SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster declaration 
for the State of Maine (FEMA-1644-DR), dated May 25, 2006, and related 
determinations.

DATES: Effective Date: August 14, 2006.

declared disaster.
