This project will aid the accomplishment of Healthy People 2010 Focus Area 1—Access. SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of an emergency declaration for 
the State of Missouri (FEMA-3267-EM), dated July 21, 2006, and related 
determinations.

DATES: Effective Date: August 16, 2006.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The notice of an emergency declaration for

catastrophe declared an emergency by the President in his declaration

    Oregon County for debris removal and emergency protective 
measures (Categories A and B) under the Public Assistance program.
