    Take notice that on August 15, 2006, Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line 
Corporation (Transco) tendered for filing a report reflecting the flow 
through of refunds received from Texas Gas Transmission, LLC (Texas 
Gas) in Docket No. RP05-317.
    Transco states that on August 15, 2006, in accordance with Section
