Federal Register / Vol. 71, No. 162 / Tuesday, August 22, 2006 / Notices
Some commenters raised broader
concerns about arbitrator conflicts of
interest and the need for arbitrators to
better enforce existing arbitration
procedures.17 The Commission believes
these comments are beyond the scope of
the current proposal.
VI. Conclusion
It is therefore ordered, pursuant to
Section 19(b)(2) of the Act 18 that the
proposed rule change (SR–NYSE–2005–
18), as amended, be, and hereby is,
approved.
For the Commission, by the Division of
Market Regulation, pursuant to delegated
authority.19
Nancy M. Morris,
Secretary.
