    Take notice that on August 3, 2006, Central Kentucky Transmission 
Company (Central Kentucky) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas 
Tariff, Original Volume No. 1, First Revised Sheet No. 6, with a 
proposed effective date of September 1, 2006.
    Any person desiring to protest this filing must file in accordance 
with Rule 211 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18
